Good Afternoon, 

Waking up Sunday morning to find your (formerly) frozen items in a puddle at the bottom of the freezer is not a welcome sight. Using the vendor list from my condo complex, I called Alexandria Appliance. Relating my conundrum onto a voice mail, I was not expecting an immediate call back that day (let's face it, it WAS the weekend). Not only did I get a call, but Mohammed arrived and not only had parts and repaired the freezer, but answered all of my questions and gave me a few pointers on the appliance. Thank you and Bravo Zulu to Mohammed for a job Well Done.
